Checking Pets In and Out

In an effort to reduce stress of vacationing pets, the lobby is closed outside of the normal business hours. We understand that there may be a need for an exception and will certainly work with you.

If possible, please have your pet here by 5pm for check-in, this allows our staff to get your pet situated & settled in before closing.

After-hours business related telephone calls will be promptly returned the next business day. In the event of an emergency or special circumstance, after-hours and Sunday-scheduled services will be allowed however an additional fee may be charged for this exception.

We are at South Paw MANY more hours than the listed times. Many hours are set aside for us to take care of our most important customers - the furry, four-legged kind. We live on the property and are almost always here. However, we set business hours in order to maintain our lives outside of South Paw.
